Shaolin Masters at our school are more than just instructors; practitioners for an over 1,500-year-old lineage dedicated to the preservation of Shaolin Wushu. Born and trained in the shadow of Songshan Mountain, these masters have spent their lives mastering the “Zen Wu One” (禅武合一) philosophy.
