Here at the academy, we aspire to demonstrate the “Unity of Zen and Martial Arts” in a clear, uncomplicated and original fashion. The videos produced will demonstrate the reality of traditional training as well as the tranquilty of the school which is at the Xuantian Temple at the bottom of Songshan Mountain. The school is just 3.5 km east of the traditional Shaolin Temple site, at Dengfeng, China.
