Prepare for an incredible journey into the world of legendary Chinese martial arts. On our exclusive SHAOLIN TRAVEL itineraries you’ll have the chance to train the 3 key Chinese martial arts styles powerful external style Shaolin, internal focused Wudang and Buddhist integrated Emei styles. The most appropriate months for these martial arts cultural training trips are from April to May and September to October, both good months for mountain hiking and concentrating on your training.
Zen Tea Ceremony originated from the esoteric culture of Shaolin, combining tasting tea, practicing of courtesy, nurturing self, and refining soul into one art form. It is a descendant of the theory of “Unity of Zen and Tea”, drawing on the practices of the old monk’s ritual to calm your mind down after intensive physical exercise.
