INTRODUCTION (1-4 WEEKS)

This will be a whole new adventure for you to discover the hidden power within your muscles and tendons and give you a small taste of what real Kung Fu training is like. The course includes:
1. Basic Kung Fu Theory;
2. Kung Fu customs;
3. Kung Fu Basics including fundamental kicks, steps and sweeps, punches, palms, hand shapes, etc;
4. Basic Jumps & Rolls;
5. Basic Sanda (Chinese Kick Boxing) skills and exercises;
6. Conditioning & Power Training along with Power Stretching
7. Health Care Qi Gong & Meditation
Introductory Fist Forms and their applications:
1. Wu Bu Quan (Five Step Form)
2. Lian Huan Quan (Continuance Form)
3. Tong Bi Quan (Penetrating Back Fist Form)

BASIC CURRICULUM (1-3 MONTHS)

In this time, you will realize Kung Fu is not an easy journey. At the same time, you feel you can move faster and you become more flexible. The improvements will be self-evident. In this time, you can manage to get a general idea of what Shaolin Kung Fu is like and learn the methods to practice Shaolin Kung Fu.

INTERMEDIATE CURRICULUM (4-9 MONTHS)

This is the step we can call “suffer more”, or the “darkest time before the sunrise”. You might feel upset because you are aware of what you need to do to make one single move better, but your body just can’t do it, YET! Or you might have a small injury that will prevent you from growing past your point. Believe me when I say, this is the time when caterpillars morph into butterflies. What you need to do is continue practicing with patience and allow yourself to blossom out of your cocoon. These abilities require: agility of the movement steps, strength and speed of kicks and punches, accuracy of single moves, coordination of your body, strength, speed and the spirit of Shaolin Kung Fu.

4. Counter-acting exercise and pair sparring
5. Conditioning on every part of your body;
6. Hard Qi Gong to break a brick by palm and elbow;

8. Flexibility training; stability training; endurance training.
Intermediate Level Shaolin Fist Forms:
1. Xiao Hong Quan (Small Flood Fists),
2. Da Hong fist (Big Flood Fists)
3. Xiao Luohan Quan (Small Buddha Palm Fists),
4. Qi Xing Quan (Seven Star Fist),
5. Chao Yang Quan (Facing Bright Sun Fists)
6. Chang Hu Xin Yi Men Quan (Guarding the Mind-Heart Gate Fists).
Traditional Shaolin Weapon Forms:
1. Yin Shou Gun,
2. Fire Stick,
3. Zhenshan Staff,
4. Yin Yang Staff,
5. Shaolin Single Broadsword,
6. Shaolin Chantou Broadsword,
7. Two Section Staff,
8. Double Staff etc;

ADVANCED CURRICULUM (10-12 MONTHS)

After the miserable period, when you have now blossomed, you will find you are progressing very fast. You can learn a difficult form in a month now! And you are now at the top of your class and even in the school. This level requires the shape of the hand to be correct, the moving of the body to be quick, the body acting as a whole, the eyes following the moving of the hand, steps moving accurately, spirit to be up and strength to be released at certain moment with speed.
1. Shaolin Kung Fu theory (to a higher understanding of Shaolin Kung Fu);
2. Shaolin Kung Fu customs;
3. Pair conditioning and conditioning on piles of bricks
4. Qi Gong to break bricks in the air, break an iron bar, steel board, and big stone on bean curd without breaking the bean curd etc;
5. One opposed by many people sparring exercise.
6. Authentic Shaolin Health Care Qi Gong Ba Duan Jin & Yi Jin Jing;

Professional (2-5 years)

For those that desire to one day become teachers themselves or Shaolin disciples, maybe even open their own school, you have the option to train 2-5 years at our school. In this time, you will start to understand and want to practice more of your basics, even a single hand shape. If you lay a good foundation, this is the time you really understand it.
